Details on Atlus’ long awaited Persona 5 have been scarce to say the least in recent months, but we might not have to wait much longer. Persona 5’s official website has posted a running countdown clock that will expire in just a couple of weeks on May 5th.
We know that Atlus’s official stance is that the game is coming out sometime this summer, so it’s possible that the reveal might just be a release date. *fingers crossed*
Originally, Persona 5 was supposed to land in 2015, but was delayed at TGS 2015. There have been a few details that have trickled out in regards to dungeon changes and and storyline, but suffice it to say, we could use a new kickass trailer and official release date to get this hype train rolling.

Earlier today we got an unofficial look at DOOM's single-player, a mode of the game that hasn't been detailed by Bethesda or id Software. Luckily, the developers at id Software are running a livestream to inform gamers on DOOM's campaign mode.

It's hard to follow-up the last week of February's Deal's with Gold, but Microsoft has been doing their best at it. While this week doesn't include anything on par with BioShock or Borderlands: The Handsome Jack Collection, it does discount Star Wars Battlefront on the Xbox One.
In addition to that, there's plenty of Forza DLC up for grabs at a discount, as well as Rory McIlroy PGA Tour.

Star Wars: Battlefront

- A new Hutt Contract where if you spend between 3500 and 8000 credits to unlock new bounties, you will gain access to the Bacta Bomb Star Card, giving you a health boost to you and your teammates in a pinch.
- Free access to Battlefront on PC as a four-hour trial.
Star Wars: The Old Republic
- Play the Knight of the Fallen Empire expansion for free from now until May 30
- Log in between now and May 4 to unlock a M4-I6 Zakuulan Astromech Droid mini-pet
- Play between May 3 through May 10 to get 2X XP, 2X PvP commendations, 2X requisitions in Starfighter, and 2X legacy experience.
Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
- 25 percent discount on crystals on May 4.
- From April 30 until May 5, a rotating game modes will offer 2X rewards each day, starting with Cantina Battles.
That's a lot of valuable bonuses right there for Star Wars fans. Personally, I'm hoping Disney XD will allow Season 2 of Star Wars Rebels tol be free like it was last year.

You'll find him by the Crucible Quartermaster.

Bethesda created a fairly large map for Fallout 4 and some gamers might have experienced difficulties in navigating it, especially after discovering most of the locations the game has to offer.
However now, one gamer has found a rather smart way of making it easier to use. Instead of scrolling your way around a jam-packed 2D map with icons all over the place, why not just make it 3D!
Reddit user KidaXV posted a few pictures of Fallout 4's map onto the r/fo4 subreddit, taking up a Google Earth-styled design. As you can see in the photo above, the map looks a lot smaller and maybe even easier to use too.

After a year from its original PlayStation 4 launch, Axiom Verge has finally received its PS Vita release date.
Axiom Verge will be hitting the Vita later this month on April 19. The game will be cross-buy which means if you already purchased the game for PS4 you get the Vita counterpart absolutely free.
The man solely behind the indie title took to the PlayStation Blog to give a little context on why the port took so long, here's what he had to say:
I’d like to give a little bit of context on what took so long. When I started development of Axiom Verge, I was using a development framework called XNA. Support for XNA was abandoned, so the community created an open source version of XNA called MonoGame. Sony told me they were working to get MonoGame supported on both PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. I knew that Axiom Verge would be great on a handheld, so I jumped at the opportunity.
Tom Spilman from Sickhead Games was in charge of the porting process. Porting an engine to a new platform is an incredibly complicated task, yet he was able to pull it off easily for PlayStation 4. After the PlayStation 4 version was done, however, porting it to Vita turned out to be a lot more challenging. Optimizing an engine is slow and painstaking work. As the months ticked by, Tom was feeling a great deal of pressure to get MonoGame working.
In addition to the Vita port, players can also expect a Xbox One and Wii U version in the months to come. No details on a release date or release window were revealed.
Axiom Verge released last year leaving its mark on the gaming community, for those who have yet to try the game, check out our review right here.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 12, The Division’s first major update will roll out, bringing with it a smattering of new equipment, crafting changes and missions, along with Falcon Lost, the game’s first four-man incursion.
To celebrate the release of update 1.1, Ubisoft today released a new trailer showcasing the strategic demands of incursions and some of the equipment coming in the update.
Falcon Lost is set in an underground water treatment facility caught in a tug-of-war between survivors and anarchists. Completing Falcon Lost on hard or challenge mode will yield unique and powerful equipment, on top of a weekly reward package.
Incursions are The Division’s answer to raids and represent the pinnacle of the game’s PvE challenges. It seems each new incursion will introduce unique gear sets and exotic weapons which can only be obtained therein.
